  1. My first ‘taste’ of Richard Rohr was in the early 1980s – listening to a tape he made about the Enneagram. At first, I thought his list was going to be very much like the St. Francis prayer. But not so. I appreciate learning his challenges very much.

Thank you for helping me remember that it truly is about love. And taking the first step.

  2. Hi Souldipper,

I started reading Rohr just a few years ago, and have come to appreciate his perspectives. I am glad you stopped in to read. It sounds like you have been walking this path for a while! Glad to meet a fellow traveler.

  3. I have a link to Richard Rohr’s sermons on my Google page. This is a post important to me to remember as I deal with chronic illness, people and seek to follow God where-ever She may lead. Thanks – I get your posts as emails.

  4. Ditto everything here, Bill, and thanks for the intro to Richard Rohr. I will absolutely check him out. Sounds like my kind of guy.

Your point in the third-to-last paragraph = perfection. It’s a post in itself. A good meditation and a good question to ask ourselves.
